PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which [Your Company Name] (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides drainage maintenance, waste removal, and skip hire services to customers (“you” or “your”). By booking our services or hiring a skip through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide:

Drainage maintenance and cleaning

Waste removal services

Skip hire for domestic and commercial use

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on location, regulations, and waste type.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Skip Hire & Services – Bookings can be made online via our website. Payment is required in full at the time of booking for skip hire.
3.2 Accepted Payment Methods – We accept online card payments via our secure payment system (Wix Payments/Stripe).
3.3 Price Changes – All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT (if applicable). We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
3.4 Non-Payment – Services will not be provided until payment is received in full.

4. Delivery & Collection (Skip Hire)

4.1 Delivery Dates – We will aim to deliver the skip on your requested date, but this is not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond our control.
4.2 Placement of Skip – It is your responsibility to ensure we have safe and legal access for delivery. If the skip is to be placed on a public highway, you must obtain a permit from the local council (we can arrange this for an additional fee).
4.3 Prohibited Items – You must not place the following items in the skip: asbestos, hazardous waste, tyres, batteries, electrical items, liquids, medical waste, or any item prohibited by law.
4.4 Overloaded Skips – Skips must not be filled above the marked “fill line.” Overfilled skips may not be collected, and additional charges may apply.

5. Drainage & Waste Removal Services

5.1 Access to the property must be safe and clear for our team to carry out work.
5.2 We are not responsible for blockages or damage caused by structural defects in pipes or drains that are beyond the scope of our work.
5.3 Additional charges may apply if the waste type or quantity differs from what was originally booked.

6. Hiring Equipment Terms

6.1. Our payment terms by ALL non-account customers are card details on order or cash on delivery of the goods.

6.2 ALL account customers trading terms are 14 days net, unless otherwise agreed in writing, before trading commences

i If the Hirer fails to make any payment in full by the due date, the Company shall be entitled to terminate the Contract forthwith and recover all loss or damage resulting from the termination

6.3 During the Hire Period the risk of any loss or damage to the Equipment shall pass to and remain with the Hirer from the time when the Equipment first arrives at the Hirer’s premises or the location where the Equipment is left at the request of the Hirer as the case may be. The hirer is liable if any sort of fire was to happen within the skip, they are then obligated to replace the skip starting from £2000.

6.4 The Hire Period shall continue until the Equipment is collected by the Company.

6.5 If the Hirer requests the Equipment to be placed in a position which requires the delivery vehicle to leave the public highway, the Hirer shall indemnify the Company against any loss, costs, claims, damages or expenses which the company may thereby incur, whether as a result of damage to the delivery vehicle, the Equipment, the property of the Hirer or a third party, including damage to the road margins and pavements.

6.6 During the Hire Period the Hirer shall make good to the Company all loss of or damage to the Equipment (fair wear and tear expected).

6.7 The Hirer will conform with all statutory enactments and regulations and bye-laws and regulations of local or the other statutory authorities which apply to the Equipment or the waste to be disposed of, and in particular will;

i Ensure that any permission required to be obtained from the Highway Authority is obtained

ii During the Hire Period should the skip is to be sited on public highway the Hirer has the responsibility to attached light to ensure that the skip is visible at night. However they are available on request (for a small charge). It shall be the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure that lights are not damaged or stolen.

6.8 The Hirer shall not;

i Overload the Equipment

ii Set fire to the contents of the Equipment

iii Add on or attach to the Equipment any painting, sign-writing, lettering or advertising

iv Move the Equipment

6.9 The Company shall be entitled to refuse to deal with any unauthorised materials which falls outside the terms of the site licence, any such materials shall be removed at the liability and cost of the Hirer

6.10 The Hirer shall not remove, deface or conceal any name plate or marking indicating that the Equipment is the property of the Company.

6.11 The Hirer shall not sell, charge, sub-contract, re-hire, lend or assign any part of the Equipment without prior written consent of the Company.

6.12 The Equipment shall at all times remain in the ownership of the Company and the Hirer will have no rights in the Equipment other than as a mere bailee. The Company may however assign and sell its rights under this agreement and its rights in and to the Equipment. The Equipment must only be used by the Hirer.

6.13 If the Hirer shall be in breach of these terms and conditions the Company shall at its option be entitled to terminate this Agreement forthwith and recover all loss or damage resulting to the Company including loss of profit or other consequential loss. If the Agreement is terminated under this condition all sums due to the Company under the Agreement shall become payable immediately in place of the payment terms set out in condition 3.

7. Hire Delivery & Loading Terms

7.1 In order for us to deliver to your property a drop kerb and a driveway is needed

7.2 Skips can be placed on the public highway only with a valid permit

7.3 We light the skips at extra cost.

7.4 Lights are included with any permit purchase.

7.5 We arrange permits.

7.6 Customer is responsible for any damage caused and costs, if they require the container to be deposited on private property; entailing our vehicle to leave the public highway.

7.7 Container must only be loaded to the top of the container.

7.8 We provide council permits for the customer.

7.9 Rubbish must not be burned inside the container.

7.10 Customer is to ensure a 21ft. space for delivery of the container and to ensure 14ft. one end for collection.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

8.1 Skip Hire – If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
8.2 Services – Service bookings can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged in full.
8.3 Refunds for our online sales are issued via Wix and may take up to 7 business days to appear in a customers account.
8.4 Refunds can only be applied to the card the original order was placed on.
8.5 If a Skip is delivered to a property with out a dropped kerb or we are unable to safely place the skip on private property (in the case where a permit is not requested) and we are unable to deliver the Skip, then partial refunds may be applied with an amount taken for our delivery costs at our discretion.(see 5.)
8.6 If a driver attempts delivery but there is no dropped kerb or no safe place to put the skip, this will result in a £50 attempted delivery fee, but the remainder of the order will be refunded.
8.7 It is our drivers discretion whether the requested delivery destination is safe for placing a skip.

9. Liability

9.1 We are not liable for damage to property, driveways, or access routes where you have requested skips to be placed.
9.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, local authority restrictions, etc.).
9.3 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Website & Online Payments

10.1 We take reasonable measures to keep our website secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
10.2 All online payments are processed securely through Wix Payments (powered by Stripe). We do not store your full card details.

10.3 By making an online booking, you confirm that the payment details provided are correct and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.​​

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your details will only be used for processing your booking, delivering services, and complying with legal obligations. We do not sell or trade any of this information and comply with GDPR rules and regulations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
